What to Expect
It is very difficult to give an estimate over the phone. Therefore, this is what you can expect when doing business with Cutting Edge Tree Care.
1) After contacting us via phone or email, we will schedule an appointment to meet on your property.
2) At this appointment, you can expect to receive a consultation and a verbal estimate. Within 24 hours of the appointment, we will email you a detailed copy of the estimate.
3) Once you receive the estimate, please contact us to schedule a time to do the work. If we have not heard from you within a week, we will call to follow up.
4) Charley (an ISA certified arborist) will be doing all of the work himself. So you will always have the person who gave you the estimate also doing the work.
5) We expect our clients to be 100% satisfied with the consultation and the services we provide. You can trust that the job will be done right and the site will be left clean.
